If you are injured or sick and you are medically recommended to not travel or return to your home, we cover your accommodation expenses during your recovery in the hotel for a maximum period of 10 days and up to the limit contracted in your policy.

In case you have to be repatriated or transferred due to illness or accident and you travel in the sole company of someone under 15, we will arrange for a stewardess or a person designated by you to accompany them back to their home.

Should the insured party pass away, we will arrange and cover the costs of the transfer of the body to the place of burial.
In case of death, your family members will only have to call the ARAG Assistance service to arrange transfer to your country, and they can leave the paper-work in the hands of experts.

Early return due to the death of a relative

Up to 60 euros for the purchase of essential items

In the event of the death of a family member, we will cover all expenses so that you can return as soon as possible

Early return due to the hospitalisation of a family member for more than 5 days

The totality of its cost

Should a family member be hospitalised, we will cover the expenses provided the hospitalisation is for longer than 5 days is the result of an accident or serious illness.

Purpose of the processing and recipients:

The information provided will be processed for the purpose of establishing, managing and developing contractual relationships between you and the data processor, as well as for the prevention of fraud.
